Here at TIM's executive development center we focus on results.
Our main goal is to transform your mindset, provide personal and global management capabilities and build global management teams, to help you become leaders of change and agents of accelerated growth. To achieve these goals we invited internationally renowned business and academic leaders from Harvard, Stanford, IMD, MIT, Insead and more to work with you.

We developed unconventional learning processes to combine theory with practice. TIM is particularly renowned for its innovative action learning process and team management learning framework.
The key lies in our staunch belief that management capabilities need to be taught hands-on to a team or groups of management teams in a predominantly non-frontal learning environment. We constantly explore and develop methodologies unique to TIM.

Always testing boundaries, we are the first and only executive learning center to nurture personal growth in tandem with corporate growth.. Our programs include; benchmarking, action learning, mentoring, shadowing, practical projects solving and personal coaching. Enter one of the boxes and find out which program suits you.

More on TIM
“The class composition was key… The company groupings made it easier to get to know everyone in   the program and enabled the transfer of ideas between the groups. The limited number of participating companies facilitated sharing of knowledge and feedback between the management groups."
